As you know, we recently received the “No Further Action Letter and Covenant Not to Sue” letter from the NJ Department of Environmental Protection. It was a long process and I want to complement Audubon Environmental, and their entire team for their professionalism in carrying out the various tasks involved: Surveying; Landscape preparation; Excavation; Testing; and Coordinating with the state agencies. Your team made sure that we were kept abreast of all aspects of the project and I particularly appreciated the extremely detailed reports you provided along the way. We would like to thank Audubon Environmental & Helical Piers for the excellent work completed in regard to the remediation of the heating oil tank pollution on our property. Audubons staff were knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to interact with at this difficult time. In sum, the entire site remediation process proved to be an excellent one. Our wholehearted thanks to Audubon an all of their associated entities.  

When we decided to take out our in-ground oil tank and found out it had leaked I almost had a heart attack. I have heard horror stories every time I mentioned it to friends and neighbors. We arranged to have the tank removed and you gave me the bad news. You were very understanding of my fright at the whole process. You explained everything to me about the process and who I would be dealing with. Your team were extremely professional and kept us in the loop of all the processes as they were going to do them… They told us of all the people who would be involved because of the location of the tank removal and how deep the oil went. This is a very nerve-racking process that was made easier by the team at Audubon. I have nothing but praise for their compassion, professionalism and consideration in this matter. Thank you for making a horrible situation much more bearable with the right people.

You recently did a soil remediation project at my home. I’m writing this letter to let you know again how pleased and satisfied I am with everything. The workers from Audubon Environmental were not only friendly, but competent and professional as well. It was a joy to see them at my house each day. A couple of things really impressed me:  

• There was great communication between your office, the site workers and myself.
• The supervisor of the job was sensitive to the concern I had about my pets grave. He assured me that they wouldn’t touch the area and they kept to their word.
• The entire job was finished in a matter of two weeks.
• The men not only cleaned up whatever mess they made, they also carted away my weed pile as well !

We recently had our oil tank removed at our home in Manalapan. Sadly, there was contamination and initially the extent of the problem was perilous unknown. To say the least, we were upset by the news that our yard was going to be excavated and that several bushes and trees would be lost in the process. Losing the deck was an added surprise that presented itself as matters progressed. Naturally, throughout the experience, we dreaded the mess and feared the extent of the demolition and disruption it would cause to our daily lives.   Now that the project is completed, I just wanted to tell you how pleased we are with the outstanding job that Audubon and their team did for us. The team at Audubon turned a “potentially bad experience” into a “very bearable” one. The entire crew worked extremely hard and always behaved as consummate gentlemen. They were pleasant, polite, and took the time to answer all our questions without reservation. My husband and I could not have asked for a finer group of young men to work at our home. As a matter of fact, we missed them when they packed up and left to go to their next job.
